All your crops will be grown organically with no chemical inputs. We also follow natural farming techniques like mulching, planting pest repellent plants etc. in order to make sure that the food that we grow is natural & wholesome.

It depends on the lifecycle of the vegetable.

Once you subscribe with RNorganic, you will be allotted a 700 sq.ft of land where we will grow the vegetables as per your requirement and necessity.

No, we see ourselves as a remote Kitchen garden service. We enable you to grow what you want, remotely & deliver it to you upon it’s maturation.

Growing

You can call our network support team & ask for the required changes.

We allow upto a maximum od 5 changes to your growing plan, much more than what you would need. Please be careful when you make these changes. Overdoing may cause  unnecessary wastage & prolong the time needed to get you your next harvest.

You can choose upto 10 vegetables from the list provided to you depending on the region and the season. The list is updated dynamically for you to choose from, so you don’t need to worry about whether you are making the right growing choices.

Unfortunately, the reality of farming is that crops sometimes fail due to the factors not under our control, eg- there could be a flood situation or a terrible pest attack . While the risk of crop failure is reduced in our model as we grow a variety of different crops together & have a team of horticulturists to ensure the right plant care procedure, there is a possibility that some crops fail sometime. We cannot remove this risk, but we will try our best to manage it for you.

FARM VISITING

Yes, you can visit the farm. Although we would need a prior notice so that we could arrange for your stay.

DELIVERY

Yes, you can change your address before 72 hrs of delivery. You can either call or email us the changes required.

We will deliver your harvest once or twice in a week, provided there is a harvest in your farm. We will notify you of your upcoming delivery. Our delivery executives will also notify you before arriving at your place.

Yes, if you are away on a vacation or out of town, you can pause your delivery for a time, provided you notify us prior 72 hrs.

PAYMENT

You can either pay online on our company’s account or you can also pay in person by visiting us.

If possible try to avoid this situation and make your payments on time. In case you miss to make payment in between 1st to 5th of every month, we will give you a reminder call on or before 5th. If you fail to make payment after the reminder call, we will have to cancel your subscription and allot your farm to other customer.

The matured vegetables in your farm will be delivered to your registered address if your subscription gets cancelled.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription by informing us via call or email before 72 hrs to your next payment.
